    Abstract: 中國半導體發展風起雲湧,第三次產業轉移的趨勢正在向中國靠攏。近年來,在市場推動與中國政策支持下,中國半導體產業快速崛起,產業結構逐漸轉型,從低階邁向高階演進,而記憶體產業更是中國重點發展項目,加上中國企業競逐記憶體產業,中國記憶體產業整體實力顯著提升,與國際先進水準差距不斷縮小,促進中國記憶體產業發展進入新的篇章。
    記憶體市場需求的成長來自於終端產品快速成長與新應用不斷開發與創新,記憶體需求因此呈現爆發式增長,而面對中國坐擁全球規模最大的記憶體產品需求規模,中國記憶體市場規模未來仍將快速成長。
    然而,在全球化發展之下,對發展中的世界工廠與市場的中國而言,為中國記憶體產業與企業帶來機遇與挑戰,加上全球三大廠商掌握全球90%以上記憶體市場,中國記憶體發展仍處在「非常早期」階段,因此對於中國記憶體產業如何經營布局與跨出中國國內市場,邁向全球市場之策略發展模式,進行探索性的研究,透過個案研究來探討中國記憶體廠商之經營模式,以期初步探索性研究能對未來企業在推全球化發展時,因應內部環境與外部環境的衝擊之下,該如何擬定經營策略、企業的關鍵成功因素,以及如何造就獨特的競爭優勢,以作為日後半導體企業全球化策略布局之參考。
    The Strategy and development of semiconductor industry in China is surging, and the trend of the third industrial transfer is moving closer to China. In recent years, with the support of the market and the support policies of China. Semiconductor industry in China has risen rapidly, the industrial structure has gradually transformed, from low-level to high-order evolution, while the memory industry is the key of China development project, and Chinese enterprises compete for memory. In the industry, the overall strength of China`s memory industry has significantly improved, and the gap between the international advanced standards has been narrowing, and the development of memory industry in China has entered a new chapter.
    The growth of memory market demand comes from the rapid growth of terminal products and the continuous development and innovation of new applications. The demand for memory is exploding, and the size of memory market in China is facing the scale of largest memory product demand. The future will continue to grow rapidly in China.
    Nevertheless, under the development of globalization, China has brought opportunities and challenges to memory industry in China and enterprises to the developing world factories and markets. In addition, the world`s three major manufacturers have mastered more than 90% of the global memory market. The development of memory in China is still in the "very early" stage. Accordingly, we will conduct exploratory research on how to manage the layout of memory industry in China and the strategic development model of domestic market in China and the global market, and explore China through case studies. The business model of memory vendors, with a view to the initial exploratory research, how to formulate business strategies, the key success factors of enterprises, and how to create unique characteristics in the future when companies are pushing global development and responding to the impact of internal environment and external environment. The competitive advantage is used as a reference for the future globalization strategy of semiconductor companies.
