    Abstract: 近年全球資料外洩、駭客攻擊事件頻傳，個資安全儼然已成為全球關注議題。面對法規更嚴謹的規範，由ISO/IEC與歐盟GDPR主管單位「歐盟資料保護委員會」(EDPB)參與共同推動制定個人隱私資料管理系統ISO 27552(PIMS驗證國際標準)即將推出。另外，由ISO/IEC制定旨在讓企業在投保時有一個標準可依循的「ISO 27102資訊技術-安全性技術-網路保險的資訊安全指導綱要」也即將面市。本篇將探討該二項標準並整合個資管理(ISO 275520及資安保險(ISO 27102) 建構出資料保險與個資保護標準程序。
