Abstract:	本文探討資金流動性衝擊在借貸限制存在下，對於資產交易價格以及市場流動性的影響。資產價格不但取決於基本面因素，外生的流動性衝擊以及內生決定的借貸機率，均會使得造市者對交易價格的設定，在有借貸限制的環境下和完全自由借貸情況下不同，藉此可以探討資金充裕或短缺是否影響價格揭露訊息的功能。給定不同的外生流動性衝擊機率，根據本文模型所求出之均衡解，具有以下幾點性質：第一、在收到好訊息的情況下，資金流動性衝擊的機率愈高，知情投資人借貸的機率亦愈高。第二、市場深度及知情投資人比例隨流動性衝擊的機率提高，呈現先上升再反轉向下的趨勢。第三、相對於Chordia, Roll and Subrahmanyam (2001)之實證結果，本文發現在買賣價差、市場深度與資金流動性衝擊之間亦存在不對稱現象，而借貸限制是造成此不對稱現象的原因之一。
