Title:	公部門資料治理之發展與挑戰

Abstract:	由於資通訊技術（Information Communications Technologies, ICTs）的快速發展，加上社會對於政府服務品質需求的提升，以及施政透明課責的需求，電子化政府（electronic government）早已是各國政府積極推動的政策方向。近年來，政府開放資料（open government data）以及巨量資料（big data）的發展，更帶動政府數位治理（digital governance）的思維，因應這樣的思維，資料的管理需要革命性的改變，政府資料治理（data governance）的需求與發展日趨重要。本研究除探究資料治理概念與發展外，亦從國內外推動資料治理之實際案例，探討當前政府資料治理未來可能面臨的挑戰。
