    Abstract: 在2015年之後的每一年，我們都會在年初聽到金融主管機關或是政府大聲疾呼「今年是台灣的行動支付元年」的口號，是指每一年都是台灣的行動支付元年嗎？前一年台灣的行動支付的發展呢？我覺得這是一個很有趣的現象。每年都喊一樣的口號，難道是台灣的業者做不出行動支付的服務嗎？還是台灣金融市場不願意推廣行動支付的服務？又或者，台灣民眾不接受行動支付的服務呢？

    曾有媒體是這樣分析，台灣消費者的交易行為不容易被改變、民眾刷卡消費已成為習慣、路上可以使用行動支付的消費通路不多、手機上操作不方便、需要另外輸入其他個人資料在手機上、資料安全有疑慮等，但實際上影響台灣行動支付的發展，真的是以上這些原因嗎？

    我們借鏡鄰近國家的經驗，如韓國，或是離我們距離最近的中國，這二個國家的行動支付發展相當快速和普及，在台灣，LINE Pay這二年的發展，已經成為台灣行動支付市場的領頭羊，成功走進民眾的生活，也逐漸將支付市場發展成支付生態圈，連結用戶、商戶、銀行等。也帶動其他業者一起擴展行動支付的市場，看過去的發展歷程，及未來要如何調整及進步，以及過去面臨到的問題應該如何改善？都是本論文將要討論的方向。
