Abstract:	基於中小企業的公司特性及成長時須面臨的挑戰，本研究藉由分析個案公司從小型鞋業貿易商一路成長為數千人的專業鞋廠，試著找出其成功關鍵及背後的成長邏輯，包含：一、中小企業在資源不足之下，如何建立公司的核心能耐。二、中小企業如何利用外部資源，藉此學習及成長。研究結果發現個案公司的成長可分為建立差異化、配合環境、藉由外部資源三種成長策略來逐步建構公司的核心能耐。
