    Abstract: 公司治理就是管理者以極大化公司價值，及追求股東最大利益為目標，進而提昇公司經營績效。而生技醫療產業具有產品不確定性高、資訊不對程度較高、以及新藥開發與獲利期間無法有效預期等特性。本研究以證基會有完整公布評鑑成績各級距結果之第三屆、第四屆之台灣上市、櫃生技醫療產業公司治理評鑑結果為研究對象，探討公司治理評鑑之結果，是否與所生技醫療產業的經營績效有所關聯性。本論文之實證結果顯示，生技醫療企業公司治理評鑑與經營績效(資產報酬率)呈現顯著正相關。
