| Abstract: | 一般意義上，說話這一行為是人類在日常生活中的主要溝通方式。奧斯汀打破語言學界及哲學界對說話行為的傳統認知，對言語和行為之間的關係展開探討，在『說話即做事』的理論基礎上提出言語行為理論，即一個言語行為總是有三個層次，即話語行為、話語施事行為及話語施效行為。奧斯汀著重於對話語施事行為的討論，將之視為言語和行為的關係的直接體現，認為話語施事行為應是一種受制於規約的行為。對於奧斯汀的觀點，斯特勞森有著不同的看法，其指出話語施事行為能否被展現在更多時候應是受到說話者意圖地影響，而非規約。本文就兩人的觀點分歧出發展開對言語行為與規約及說話者意圖之間關係地探討，提出筆者對之見解，指出斯特勞森與奧斯汀產生分歧的主要原因在於其對奧斯汀的觀點的理解存在偏差，而出現理解偏差的問題很大程度上是因為奧斯汀未給規約一個明確的定義。在此種意義下，筆者對規約中約定俗成的定義進行了延展，試圖通過對約定俗成定義地延展完成對規約定義之明確性地加強，以此回應斯特勞森對奧斯汀觀點的質疑，並在一定程度上對於規約及說話者意圖與話語施事行為之關係的問題給出了一個回答。 |
