Abstract:	旗人進入科舉制度後，與漢人在相同考試制度、授職原則下同場較勁，卻仍藉由清朝統治者的細緻政治手腕，使旗人在制度外擁有優勢。此並非顯示科舉出身的旗人獨攬皇恩，僅是清政府保護統治民族政策的一貫表現。科舉作為一種政府人才選拔辦法，與漢人菁英階層的產生有密切關係。但在清朝旗人群體中，科舉以外的入仕途徑仍極具重要性，顯示出科舉對旗、漢影響力的差異。
