    Title: 來臺觀光旅客之青旅分析

    Abstract: 台灣位居東亞中心位置，地理位置優越，坐擁高山、海洋等變化多端的地理景觀，有著熱帶、亞熱帶、溫帶及寒帶氣候的豐富自然生態；且擁有閩、客、中原、原住民、新移民族等多元的社會形態，形成了極其豐富的自然與人文的多樣性。台灣擁有這些獨特的觀光資源優勢，而觀光產業僅佔台灣GDP的2%遠低於世界平均水平的10%，擁有很大的發展空間。而隨著政府對觀光產業政策的轉變，來台的旅客結構和消費行為也發生了明顯的變化。
    本研究基於交通部觀光局的公開資料及「105年來臺旅客消費及動向調查」，對台灣觀光業進行分析，聚焦於旅客結構的變化及選擇青年旅館的客群，分析結果如下：
    一、 民國105年後，隨著兩岸關係的變遷及「新南向」政策的施行，中國大陸旅客人數明顯下降，東南亞旅客人數明顯上升，整體旅客人數與104年持平。
    二、 選擇住青年旅館的旅客大部分會參加購物、逛夜市和參觀古跡的活動，青年旅館的選址可以在這三種活動重疊區域。
    三、 歐美旅客比亞洲旅客更偏好青年旅館，但青年旅客的主要客戶仍是中國大陸、韓國及日本旅客。
    四、 20-29歲區間的旅客比其他年齡層的旅客更偏好青年旅館，符合青年旅館的定位。
