    Title: 捷運對都會區內人口產業分布之影響 —台北捷運實證研究
    The Impact of MRT on the Spatial Distribution of Population and Employment: 1991 - 2011

    Abstract: 交通運輸設施會透過改變地區可及性條件引發土地使用改變,進而影響土地系統的功能性,產生環境及社會經濟層面的衝擊。

    台北捷運系統首條路線通車於1996 年,然而過去針對台北都會區捷運系統對土地使用變化影響的研究中,較缺乏中長期及同時觀察人口、產業變化的實證研究。

    本研究以台北捷運系統為研究對象,以敘述性統計分析、空間分析、追蹤資料模型(Panel Data Analysis)等方法,實證分析台北捷運對都會區內人口、產業變化的影響。研究資料使用上以台北捷運旅次起訖(OD)資料進行人流分析,並結合相關人口、產業資料衡量居住活動、產業活動土地使用的強度。

    研究結果顯示,2011 年時台北都會區無論在工作導向之捷運旅次或休閒導向之捷運旅次上,台北捷運旅次起訖型態均以跨越市郊區型態旅次為主,顯示台北都會區核心區與其周圍地區仍舊保有高強度的連結。第二,捷運系統並不會顯著地影響捷運可及市郊地區間住業均衡程度(Jobs Housing Balance)的變化,以致增加或減少都會區內市郊間連接的情形。第三,村里透過捷運路網觸及到的遠端人口數量,會對當地三級產業土地使用密度產生正向影響,符合過去理論中一地土地使用變化除了本身內部驅動力外,亦與遠端消費者有關之理論假設。
