| Abstract: | 本文從現象學切入精神疾病—憂鬱症，藉由現象學的概念理解憂鬱症的現象並圈定憂鬱症主體的存在狀況，這不是一種創新而是走回老路，走回到精神病現象學(Psychiatric Phenomenology)的方法學。而梅洛龐蒂作為當代現象學家承繼胡塞爾並開展屬於他自己的現象學進路—知覺現象學，從知覺結構之中還原人的生存樣態。知覺反映著主體活在世界之中樣子，而憂鬱症患者正也是帶著生病的身體活在世界之中，具有他/她獨特知覺世界的方式，憂鬱症是發生在「此在」(Dasein)的疾病，從這種角度切入就不同於精神醫學以診斷取向來理解憂鬱症。本文主要探討關於知覺現象學的「身體」、「空間」以及「互為主體」等概念，來對照憂鬱症患者自身體驗的現象，並檢討相關學者對此的看法，從中嘗試建立起憂鬱症的生存狀況之結構。 |
