    Title: 1971-2011年臺灣城際運輸對人口與產業空間分布影響之分析

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討城際運輸對臺灣人口與產業空間分布之影響關係,實證分析人口與產業分布是否受城際運輸系統建設影響。關於城際運輸系統對人口與產業發展之影響,過往研究從不同空間尺度進行探討,然而對於多種城際運輸系統的綜合分析卻較少有相關文獻。因此本研究以高速公路、臺鐵以及高鐵三種城際運輸系統,綜合分析城際運輸系統對臺灣人口與產業空間分布影響關係。
    本研究以城際運輸系統為研究對象,以臺灣本島349個鄉鎮市區為空間範圍,使用敘述性統計與追蹤資料分析(Panel Data)為研究方法,以人口密度與及業人口密度為分析指標,分析1971年至2011年間城際運輸系統對臺灣人口與產業空間分布影響。
    實證結果顯示,城際運輸系統在1971年至2011年期間,高速公路交流道與高鐵車站對於鄉鎮市區層級的臺灣人口聚集,具有統計上顯著之正相關。高鐵車站對於鄉鎮市區層級的臺灣產業聚集,具有統計上顯著之正相關。城際運輸系統可帶來人口與就業的聚集,而高鐵在產業聚集方面似乎對高速公路具有替代效果,為較具影響力的城際運輸系統。上述實證結果,驗證不同城際運輸系統對臺灣人口與產業空間分布具有不同影響效果,而近期興建的城際運輸系統,影響效果較明顯。
