    摘要: 　　當社會發展日漸富足，工業化國家不再急需年輕人盡早進入勞動力市場。且受人口結構變遷影響，婚育年齡被推遲，鬆綁了青少年直接進入成人角色的社會規範，並催生了得以恣意探索的「轉大人時期」。儘管過去研究指稱，轉大人時期是發展親密關係的重要階段，但此時也是社會身分頻繁更迭的時刻，包含離家求學、入伍從軍、投身職場等事件，未必利於延續關係發展。因此本文旨在探究轉大人時期歷經社會身分轉換後的親密關係，試圖了解伴侶中任一方社會身分轉換如何影響關係發展？雙方將採以何種方式維繫關係？
    　　本次研究對象為臺灣九○後世代青年，透過半結構式深度訪談，本研究結果發現：一、社會身分轉換確實會影響關係走向，亦會牽動個人自我認知、改變個人維繫方式。二、社會身分轉換是關係中的「轉捩點」，將加劇雙方歧異、稀釋情愛，也會重整關係發展、權力分佈，抑或催化關係進程、迫使雙方正視既存問題。三、當任一方邁入就業階段，維繫模式將從學生時期的「以量取勝」轉以「重質不重量」，並加重使用「社會網絡」穩固關係。四、性別角色態度、個人生命歷程等皆會影響維繫方式，且該世代面臨的各項不確定性因素，促使「佛系經營法」出現。五、該世代日漸重視「婚前探索」，延長了轉大人過程，但男性可探索時間仍較女性充裕。六、該世代婚育規劃呈現兩種圖像，部分青年體認執行計劃的窒礙難行，抑或不再視婚姻、生育為必要生命事件，因此以「隨緣」態度應對，反映該世代逐漸脫離標準化生命歷程常軌；部分青年則深受社會身分轉換影響，女性尤其意圖加快轉大人過程，企盼盡快進入下一個生命階段。儘管轉大人過程深受性別影響，但該世代的性別角色態度仍有式微之處。
