    Title: 團隊交融記憶系統的前因與結果(2/3)

    Abstract: 團隊交融記憶系統（transactive memory system, 簡稱TMS）是團隊成員彼此對於專業領域的認知分工，從Wegner, Giuliano 及 Hertel（1985）提出後，後續學者立基於此理論進行相關實證研究與量表的發展，早期研究多以實驗室情境研究且樣本多以學生團隊為主，不利於次構念的一般化，直至Lewis（2003）發展出具有信效度的衡量方法，促進實務團隊樣本的實證研究，然而，數量仍是相對較少，加上此構念的相關影響前因與結果仍須不斷精進與探索，因此，本研究以團隊交融記憶系統為核心，同時探討團隊交融記憶系統的前因與後果。 在團隊交融記憶系統後果的部分，主張團隊交融記憶系統透過團隊學習過程（探索性學習及應用性學習）的中介歷程，進而影響團隊創新（躍進式創新及漸進式創新），並且探討團隊任務反思（task reflexivity）如何調節團隊交融記憶系統、團隊學習與團隊創新間的中介關係。而在團隊交融記憶系統的前因部分，以團隊資訊處理動機過程模型（motivated information processing model）（De Dreu, Nijstad & van Kippenberg, 2008）作為理論基礎，探討團隊認知需求以及團隊合作性目標與如何透過團隊資訊精緻化的中介效果，進而影響團隊交融記憶系統的形成，以及團隊認知需求以及團隊合作性目標間的交互作用效果。 本研究建立一個較為複雜及完整的團隊交融記憶系統研究架構，藉由三年期的研究規劃與執行，分別以學生團隊以及組織內產品開發團隊及軟體設計與開發團隊為研究樣本進行實證，期望深入探究此構念的相關前因與後果，以獲致理論貢獻。
