Abstract:	北斗信仰自古有之，是星象與信仰的核心。北斗被視為宇宙秩序，並統轄著人們的本命。這個傳統在道教佔有重要的地位。北斗儀式一直跟人類的本命有重大關係。到了宋元時期，道教與法術傳統發展出各種類型的北斗儀式，並在宋代被吸納進入靈寶齋醮儀式當中，其中單獨的告斗法也在江南流行。《正統道藏》當中的《道法會元》保留了許多的告斗儀式。這些科儀當中保留許多地方的北斗儀式特色，並被統一在清微儀式框架之下。這呈現出道教、地方信仰、地方文化等觀念如何互相運作於一個北斗儀式之下，透過這種個人醫療儀式，解除社群中的人們的厄難，並賦予重生的力量。文章集中討論清微的三種告斗科儀，分別是清微玄樞奏告、灌斗五雷奏告、玄靈解厄奏告，透過內容比較，了解其醫療法術脈絡，並探討宋元道教清微派之儀式框架與告斗儀式的關係。
