Title:	尋找戒嚴時期政治案件言論獲罪者的身影：一個多重資料蒐集取徑的研究 Tracing the victims under suppression of freedom of speech in Taiwan, 1949-1991

Abstract:	在1949年至1991年長達四十年戒嚴期間，許多民眾因為「為匪宣傳」或「傳播謠言」而遭追訴問罪，成為「匪諜」。因言論而獲罪，是當時人們的日常，但是當回顧這段時期的歷史，我們的歷史記憶極其模糊，最主要的原因，在於史料缺乏，迄今我們仍未能充分捕捉言論獲罪者的樣貌。國家檔案是史家尋找言論獲罪者的首要管道。儘管臺灣已經解嚴多年，但政治檔案解禁腳步相對緩慢、加上這類政治案件典藏有別於一般政府檔案，數位化程度有限，史料取用門檻也較高，過去鮮少有傳播學者探索這個領域。我們從數位人文研究取徑獲得啟示，建構一套資料蒐集方法，藉由研究人員和數位工具協力合作，蒐集言論獲罪者的檔案目錄超過達千筆。經過人工逐筆比對，檢索比率正確率可達八成以上。本文旨在陳述這套資料蒐集方法的內容、結果，以及反思。研究成果將減低後續研究者的資料蒐集門檻。
