    Title: 知識產權下的IP經濟發展：台灣大學生對國內外影視IP喜好的初探性調查

    Abstract: 以「知識產權」（Intellectual Property）為核心的IP概念，近年來在全球流行文化掀起熱潮，並透過小說、動漫、電影、電視劇、網路劇、電玩及手遊、週邊商品等多元的娛樂形式，彼此相互融合，建立泛娛樂產業的生態圈，進而形成具有龐大產值的IP經濟。有鑑於此，本研究透過106、107學年度針對全台538位大學生填寫的影視IP學習單，包括北部的政治大學、中部的朝陽科技大學、勤益科技大學、大葉大學，以及南部的屏東大學，試圖分析大學生對於美、歐、日、韓、台、大陸、港澳等7個國家及地區影視IP及其類型的喜好程度。數據顯示，日本IP是台灣大學生的最愛，「喜歡」的比例89.78%，其中最常接觸的類型是「日本動漫及卡通」、「日本電影」，顯見台灣年輕人普遍喜歡日 本流行文化。至於排名第二的是美國IP，「喜歡」的比例79.37%，接觸類型以「好萊塢電影」、「美國流行音樂」、「美國動漫」較多，反映好萊塢及漫威、DC超級英雄風靡全球的威力。同時，大學生對於影視IP的喜好，會受到國族認同的影響，雖然台灣影視 作品經常遭質疑水準參差不齊，且市場小、缺乏資金，有時難敵國外影視作品，但許多人因為「愛台灣」所以支持國片或台劇，讓台灣 IP 在此次調查中排名第三。然而，也有不少同學在填答時提到，不滿中國長期打壓台灣，因而排斥對岸的影視作品，這也是中國影視IP的喜好度最低、不喜好度最高的原因之一。在此次調查的7個國家和地區之中，近半同學對港澳IP表示「沒意見」，除了「港澳電影」、「港澳流行音樂」外，其餘的使用狀況皆不到一成，反映了多數大學生對港澳IP的不熟悉。
