Title:	智慧資本研究成果之實務應用

Abstract:	隨著知識經濟時代的來臨，以知識、創新為主的附加價值模式，逐漸取代傳統以成本與有形資產為導向的經營模式。無形的智慧資本是當今企業創造高附加價值的原動力。本研究首先簡介「智慧資本」在台灣的發展，接著彙整台灣約20 年的智慧資本研究結果，介紹國家層級之智慧資本研究的應用。資料來源為「臺灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫」中與智慧資本相關的期刊論文127篇、博士論文43篇，以及ProQuest Central 資料庫中前100篇論文中台灣學者的42 篇論文。研究發現，智慧資本與組織績效、市場／企業價值、獲利、競爭優勢、生產力、組織承諾、公司治理、知識管理等都有正向的關係。台灣仰賴出口極深，又台商遍布全球，他們的海外營運會受到地主國人力素質（人力資本）、租稅減免（市場資本）、政府效率（流程資本）、智慧財產權保護（更新資本）等影響。又如未來之能源供給、數位安全、人身安全與財產保障、寬頻速度等也都會影響企業在海外的運作。國家智慧資本的研究顯示全球主要國家於無形資產的走勢，方便企業做出較好的海外投資決策。最後，本研究提供企業界於知識經濟時代調整營運體質的參考，建構一個智慧資本研究生態系統供學術界思考，也給予政府相關單位有關研究中心的政策建議。
