Abstract:	本文之目的在分析國際公法的未來發展趨勢，全篇首先追溯國際公法的發展簡史，近而歸納國際公法發展趨勢的三個方向:第一是雖然有中國大陸與印度等新興力量崛起，但是國際法依舊只有一個體系，並普遍適用於全世界的國際關係領域。其次是除了國家以外，適用國際法的主體會越來越多；最後則是國際法適用的範圍正在擴大，有關戰爭 ; 外交 ; 國家 ; 領土等傳統譯題不會被忽視，但是失衡的經濟關係，世人對於人權的關心，氣候變化對於環境的改變，以及通信網路和人工智慧等新技術的進步，是不可忽視的改變力量。此外，文末強調國際法新理論的發展，進期重要的國際司法案例，聯合國國際法委員會得編纂成果，與我國有關國際法的立法與外交實踐，都有助於我們了解國際法的發展趨勢。
