    Abstract: 近年因科技快速變遷,許多新興科技的出現改變了產業結構,也改變了消費者的
    消費習慣,使得數位轉型成為了企業不可避免的必經之路,從公司發展策略到公司
    文化皆需要納入數位轉型的範疇中。本文將根據世界經濟論壇的報告歸納統整出現
    今金融業數位轉型的趨勢,包含支付、保險、存貸、籌資、投資理財、市場資訊供應等六個領域,共計十一個子項目。接著以星展銀行的例子探討數位轉型成功的關鍵,以 2014 為分界點,觀察 2009 年至 2014 年與 2015 年至今星展銀行發展策略的變化,以及歸納整理星展銀行數位轉型成功的關鍵因素。最後以 KPMG 的 2020 台灣銀行業報告觀察台灣銀行業數位轉型的挑戰及轉機,分成純網路銀行、開放銀行、區塊鏈以及人工智慧四個領域分別討論。數位轉型對於企業而言是個未知的旅程,藉由參考他人的案例以及對市場的觀察,公司可以擬定出更完善的數位商業策略。
