    Abstract: 「#Fitspiration」是目前Instagram上熱門的標籤之一,是由健身(Fits)及鼓勵(Inspiration)組合的網絡新詞彙,意指帶有激勵人們去運動和追求健康生活的圖像和訊息。許多健身名人會在Instagram中分享自己的健身照,希望能透過自己的身材激勵他人多運動以達到理想中的身材。而台灣目前仍缺乏Fitspiration相關研究,因此本研究將以「Fitspiration訊息對女性閱聽人的影響」為切入點,探討Fitspiration訊息對女性的身體意象、強迫運動傾向及幸福感的影響,並將「社會比較」及「自我憐憫」納入研究架構,釐清這兩者在Fitspiration中所扮演的角色。

    本研究採用實驗法平均將受試者分為三組,分別觀賞三組在Instagram上不同帳號之下的組合照片:Fitspiration訊息(例:健身照片組)、非Fitspiration訊息(例:旅行照片組)及具有自我憐憫意涵的Fitspiration訊息(例:健身照搭配自我憐憫語錄)。研究結果顯示,觀看「Fitspiration訊息」的女性受試者與觀看「非Fitspiration訊息」女性受試者相較起來,前者的正向身體意象及主觀幸福感較低,強迫運動傾向則較高。再者,觀看「Fitspiration訊息」的女性與觀看「具有自我憐憫意涵Fitspiration訊息」的女性相較下發現,後者的正向身體意象及主觀幸福感較高,強迫運動傾向較低。

    最後,本研究發現「社會比較」只在強迫運動傾向中發揮其中介角色,但在正向身體意象及主觀幸福感上則無中介效果;「自我憐憫」則在正向身體意象、強迫運動傾向及主觀幸福感間具有中介影響力。由此可見,Fitspiration訊息的確會對女性閱聽人帶來負面影響,而自我憐憫能在其中做為有效的保護機制,降低因Fitspiration訊息所帶來的負面影響。
