    Abstract: 某甲以其所有之A輪從事運送，A輪之船長某乙於一次件貨運送中，收受某丙所託運之貨物，據某丙之書面通知，該貨物重達2,000公斤，但依某乙數十年承載相同種類貨物之經驗，某乙懷疑某丙之重量通知並不正確，但無適當工具可供驗證。某乙最終於某丙貨物裝載後所發給之載貨證券上記載「據託運人某丙通知重量2,000公斤，因無適當器具，並未實際過磅」等保留文句。假設本案適用我國海商法，請問某甲得否事後以反證推翻載貨證券關於貨物重量2,000公斤之記載？若該載貨證券已透過背書移轉至受貨人某丁手中，答案有無不同？
