    Abstract: 失智症政策倡議已為全世界共同關注之行動,各國皆致力於執行失智症整合照護計畫,無論醫學中心或區域醫院皆積極參與其中,並持續與世界照護趨勢接軌。本文旨在藉由綜觀當前國際發展之趨勢,瞭解世界各國如何進行失智症醫療照護模式、失智症多元照護模式、失智症照顧者的協助與支持、失智友善社區及失智者權益等五大領域,以期這些經驗可帶來國內失智症照護更豐富發展之可能性。
    The initiative of dementia policy has been an important issue worldwide. Different levels of medical services, from medical centers to regional hospitals, are all committed to implementing an integrated dementia care program to meet the global trend of healthcare sustainably. This article thus aims to explore current global research trend on five major fields including dementia medical care models, multidisciplinary care models, support for caregivers, dementia friendly communities, and the human rights of people living with dementia. These experiences are expected to enrich the capability of dementia care in Taiwan.
