    摘要: 當前金融科技的發展與金融體系的演化，係受「全球網絡與產業網絡中資源與價值移轉的去中介化、再中介化與加速化」此一推力的形塑與影響。因此，金融科技法制與監理之變革，便受到此一推力的影響，體現了兩個面向的主要需求：一則是金融機構與非金融機構間的相互競爭與協作所衍生的法制變革需求，另一則是監理機關與金融服務提供者間的相互競賽與協作所催生的監理變革需求。
