Title:	農糧財團崛起下的中國大陸糧食安全治理 China`s Food Security Governance under the Corporate Food Regime

Abstract:	中國大陸糧食安全治理的主要目的是增加糧食產量，然而，傳統中國與當代中國大陸增加糧食產量的方法卻是大相逕庭。傳統中國增產糧食的方法是透過小農社會組織，妥善管理農田水利等自然資源，水利社會因此成為描述傳統中國糧食安全治理內容的代名詞。但是，當代中國大陸增產糧食的方法卻是透過大型農糧財團，資本化（capitalization）農糧生產資源，集約化農糧生產規模，財團農糧體系（corporate food regime）因此成為說明當代中國大陸糧食安全治理機制的新詞彙。本篇文章因此發問：崛起的中國大陸農糧財團如何重塑糧食安全治理內容？本文透過文獻回顧的過程，說明中國大陸糧食安全治理機制內容正在轉型成財團農糧體系，藉以增產糧食，在此體系中，中國大陸政府透過扶持大型農糧財團，在內部寡占國內農糧市場，在國際上則成為跨國農地投資的主要投資國，以及跨國農糧企業的主要併購國，因此形成新型態的糧食安全治理內容，不僅影響傳統中國大陸小農社會文化，並且挑戰全球農糧市場體系。
