    摘要: 臺灣地區預計人口成長率將由93 年0.43%逐年下降至111 年零成長後轉為負成長，至140年進一步出現負1.27%。內政部公告109年資料顯示，人口已經提早2年出現負成長。
    依行政院主計總處調查，我國107年受僱就業者薪資中，年齡層在25歲至39歲適婚、適孕人口中，有高達125萬人月薪低於3萬元，因「怕養不起」，而不敢生小孩。
    診所經營如同企業經營一樣資源有限，如何運用自身資源並結合其他資源活絡組織的營運、加強對顧客的重視，提升競爭力以求永續發展，已然成為醫療服務業的重要課題。本研究經由書面資料等次級資料之收集，歸納出Ｄ診所經營之策略並運用策略管理相關理論，探討D診所未來經營之方向。
    在有限的資料下分析其商業策略與經營模式具備下列三項共同條件：(1)定位：Ｄ診所不是單純賣產品，而是One stop shopping概念，推出Total solution選項，重新賦予＂生產”是＂精品＂價值意涵。 (2)專業聚焦：藉由倒三角產前照護模式，為高風險族群及早治療，團隊接生可以紓解醫師工作壓力專注在看診及技術提升。(3)差異化：個案診所在產品、技術、服務及診所環境氛圍等方面進行高度的差異化，強調CV值才是D診所存在的價值。
    The population growth rate in Taiwan is expected to decline year by year from 0.43% in 2004 to zero growth in 2022 years and then turn to negative growth, and to further show negative 1.27% in 2051. According to the 2020 data of the Ministry of the Interior`s announcement, the population has shown negative growth two years earlier.
    According to a survey conducted by the Chief Accounting Office of the Executive Yuan, among the salaries of employed persons in my country in 2018, among the married and pregnant population aged 25 to 39, there were as many as 1.25 million people whose monthly salary was less than 30,000 yuan. I can`t afford it" and dare not have children.
    Clinic operations are as limited as corporate operations. How to use their own resources and combine other resources to activate the operation of the organization, strengthen the focus on customers, and enhance competitiveness for sustainable development has become an important issue for the medical service industry. Through the collection of written data and other secondary data, this research summarizes the management strategy of D clinic and uses relevant theories of strategic management to explore the future direction of D clinic operation.
    Analyzing its business strategy and business model based on limited data has the following three common conditions: (1) Positioning: D Clinic is not simply selling products, but the concept of One stop shopping, launching the Total solution option, and re-assigning "production" to "Yes" The value meaning of "exquisite". (2) Professional focus: Through the inverted triangle prenatal care model, early treatment for high-risk groups, team delivery can relieve the pressure of doctors to focus on medical consultation and technical improvement. (3) Differentiation: Case clinics are highly differentiated in terms of products, technologies, services and clinic environment, emphasizing that CV value is the value of D clinic.
