    Abstract: 隨著社會經濟發展,服務業漸成主流後,室內設計產業成為人們生活中越來越受到重視的一環,而室內設計產業中又以商業公共空間的領域與整體經濟環境連動更加密切。本研究期望以質化研究方式,了解個案公司如何成功深耕台灣商業公共空間設計多年並順利跨足中國,放眼全世界,到成為台灣第一家股票上市之公開發行公司,並提出未來永續發展的建議,結論如下:
    1.總體產業環境目前都將會提供市場更多循環的動能,持續為台灣室內裝修產業帶來業績成長。
    2.目前室內設計產業市場應屬於買方市場,也正面臨著低價競爭與人力資源不足問題。
    3.該公司過往的競爭優勢主要在於集團本身高度垂直整合以及水平分工,搶得先行者及規模經濟優勢。
    4.未來永續發展策略建議如下:
    A.加強企業文化永續傳承
    B.以跨公司團隊合作方式,開創市場
    C.建立人才生態系平台
    D.綠色營運模式
    E.建立數位化整合技術及大數據平台
    F.藉由品質及差異化擺脫低價競爭
    G.專責研發部門深化與整合有關室內裝修之環境、科技研究
    H.職安維護系統重視與建立
    I.擴大EPC統包的多元”一條龍式”服務
    J.持續深耕原有市場,並積極開拓中國與台灣不同市場區隔,以維持成長動能
    K.藉優良垂直整合能力跨足海外市場

    本研究期望本次透過這個個案的分析,更能理解其至今的內部組織發展與外部競爭關係,並針對未來永續發展的方向提出建議,也能作為設計產業的參考依據。
    With the development of the society, the service industry becoming the mainstream, people now put more attention on their quality of lives and one of them is the interior design industry. Among the interior design industry, the commercial space design shows the overall economic environment. This study hopes to use a qualitative research method to analyze how the case company has successfully become an important interior enterprise in Taiwan, especially in commercial and public space. Besides, the case company successfully expanded their business in China and even the whole world. It has also become the first interior design company that went public in Taiwan. After that, I hope to give suggestions to the case company of their sustainable development in the future. The conclusion is as follows:
    1. The overall industrial environment will now provide more cyclical energy for the market, which will continue to bring performance growth to interior design industry in Taiwan.
    2. The current interior design industry market should belong to the buyer`s market, and it is also facing low-price competition and insufficient human resources.
    3. The past competitive advantages of the case company mainly lie in the group`s high degree of vertical integration and horizontal division of labor. With these, it became the pioneer and gaining and gained advantages of economies of scale.
    4. The suggestions of its sustainable development are as follows:
    A. Strengthen and pass on the sustainable corporate culture
    B. Create new market through cross-company teamwork
    C. Establish a professional talent ecosystem platform
    D. Green business model
    E. Establish digital integration technology and big data platform
    F. Get rid of low-price competition through quality and differentiation
    G. Dedicated R&D department to deepen and integrate environmental and technological research related to interior design
    H. Pay attention to and establish an Occupational Safety Protection System
    I. Expand EPC turnkey diversified "one-stop" services
    J. Continue to deepen the original market and actively explore different field market in Taiwan and China in order to maintain continuing growth
    K. Take advantage of excellent vertical integration skills to step into international markets
    By analyzing the case company in this research, we understand more about the internal organization development and external competition. Eventually, we hope to give suggestions for the direction of sustainable development in the future, which can also be used as a reference for the design industry.
