Title:	可持續商業模式發展-以汽車共享為例 Sustainable Business Model Development - The Case of Carsharing Services

Abstract:	以追求經濟發展的商業模式沒有效率的生產消費模式，產生的資源浪費，及過度開發造成的資源匱乏，溫室氣體的排放造成氣候變遷，引發風災及海平面升高的結果，已明顯造成環境生態的傷害；全球化的經濟商業活動，使生產製造集中於經濟發展落後的區域及國家，勞務收入比例的不均，區域性的環境汙染對健康的危害，及社會資源不對等的使用，產生社會的不平等，種種的現象促使各政府及公民對企業於社會環境責任的重視，永續性發展必然成為企業未來經營的發展方向。企業永續的發展涉及社會人文、生態環境、商業經濟及科技多元面向的綜合應用，其中永續性、共享經濟等術語在不同情境各有不同的解釋，造成企業難以為其即將投入的永續發展定義合宜的價值主張，再則，永續發展方法及工具的缺乏，更阻礙企業投入永續的發展。本文提出永續性商業模式發展的框架，從本質面探討共享經濟商業模式對永續性商業模式的影響，並以汽車共享做為永續性商業模式發展的研究案例，為企業提供發展永續性商業模式的指引。 Pursuing economic development business model inefficient production and consumption model, waste of resources, and resource scarcity caused by over-exploitation, greenhouse gas emissions cause climate change, trigger wind disasters and rise in sea level as a result, have obviously caused environmental ecology’s damage; Globalized economic and commercial activities have concentrated production and manufacturing in regions and countries with underdeveloped economies. The uneven labor income ratio, the health hazards of regional environmental pollution, and the unequal use of social resources have resulted in social inequality. Various phenomena have prompted governments and citizens to attach importance to corporate social and environmental responsibilities, and sustainable development will inevitably become the development direction of corporate operations in the future. The sustainable development of enterprises involves the comprehensive application of social and humanities, ecological environment, business economy, and technology. Terms such as sustainability and sharing economy have different interpretations in different situations, making it difficult for enterprises to invest in sustainability. The development of a value proposition with appropriate definitions, and the lack of sustainable development methods and tools, hinders companies from investing in sustainable development. This article proposes a framework for the development of sustainable business models, discusses the impact of the sharing economy business model on sustainable business models from the essence, and uses car sharing as a case of sustainable business model development to provide guidance for companies to develop sustainable business models.
