    Abstract: 自2019 年12月起在中國湖北武漢市發生了肺炎群聚的感染,台灣也在2020年陸續發生了幾起確診案例。在特別講求衛生安全、社會距離的環境改變之下,為欲解決台灣民眾於「食」的問題,本研究將美國 Pizza 連鎖餐廳 Pieology 的成功經驗與商業模式分析並加以修正,以新品牌 C Pickza 的樣貌於台灣展店,以8吋客製化、個人化的 Pizza 作為主要特色,而其中最關鍵的技術乃於 90 秒,也就是 1 分半便能將 Pizza 烤焙完成並包裝出貨。
    屬於快速休閒餐廳的 C Pickza 其中的 C 包含了 Convenience、Cheap、Customize、Care 四大意涵,分別代表著方便、便宜、客製化,更重要的是「我們在乎消費者」。本研究 C Pickza 將 Pizza 上食物配料的選擇權交還給消費者,更重視消費者的健康,希望在全球疫情時代,帶給台灣民眾更多元的餐飲選擇。
    Since December 2019, Pneumonia cluster infections have occurred in Wuhan, Hubei, China, and Taiwan has also experienced several confirmed cases in 2020. In order to solve the "food" problem of Taiwanese people under the environmental change that particularly emphasizes hygiene, safety and social distance, this research analyzes and modifies the successful experience as well as the business model of the American Pizza chain restaurant Pieology, and uses the new brand C Pickza to show up the store in Taiwan. C Pickza offers not only customized and personalized Pizza with 8-inch, as the main feature, but also offers high-speed service, with the most critical technology is that the pizza can be baked and packaged in 90 seconds, that is, 1 minute and a half.

    C Pickza, a fast-casual restaurant, contains four meanings: Convenience, Cheap, Customize, and Care, especially focuses on "We care about consumers". In this research, C Pickza returns the right to choose food ingredients on Pizza to consumers, and pays more attention to consumers` health, hoping to provide Taiwanese people with more diversified dining options in the era of global epidemics.
