    摘要: 本研究利用Wickham創業模型解析GW生技公司的創業歷程，其中Wickham創業模型係一套聚焦於創業者整合市場機會、財務資源與團隊成員的創業模式。基於生技產業具有獨特的研發與銷售模式，而且過去未曾有運用Wickham創業模型於生技產業的學術研究；據此，本研究提供該創業模型在生技產業的實務運用與驗證，除此之外本論文也提供讀者於未來擬投入新創事業之參考。
