    Abstract: 過去30多年是日本半導體產業的發展失落期，太過依賴日本大企業垂直整合資源與發展和日本國內產業無法掌握類比數位科技轉型與供應鏈生態商業模式的轉變。除了Toshiba記憶體，過去日本半導體產業都在全球20大以外還面臨生存挑戰。藉此案S公司個案分析反映過去日本半導體縮影及未來的光景。由應用過去累積技術與供應鏈資源一步一步面對ASCI轉型挑戰與機會。因此S公司在台灣商業模式與轉型策略已獲初步的成果與客戶的肯定。但也面臨更多課題挑戰，這也是可投射全體公司未來擴展維護更寬領域市場的借鏡或前哨站!
