Abstract:	在疫情時代下，全球航線停駛、民生活動停緩，也因此世界的經濟貿易逐漸從全球化轉為去全球化的區域經濟。比起依賴國家進出口貨物，如何能夠幫助地方自己自足反倒成為了企業所應考量的首要項目。本研究將探討應用程式與社群媒體的發展、總體經濟與資訊產業的變化，作為新創產品「街聊」應用程式的參考與應用。街聊，是一個地圖式的社群平台，結合了社群媒體與工具軟體的概念，因應台灣實名制、世界貿易走向區域經濟等等趨勢，秉持著 Round、Real-time 和 Responsible三大核心理念。透過以地圖結合社群聊天功能的方式，讓民眾在街聊可以獲得更符合所需、在地理位置上離自己更相近的資訊與資源。在疫情時代，幫助地方自給自足。
