    摘要: 資訊服務產業在新興科技的技術發展快速與應用日趨成熟的情況之下,再加上景氣回升帶動經濟成長,驅動政府政策與企業加大資本支出,帶來新應用的蓬勃商機。我國政府持續推動國家發展計畫,從中央到地方、從城市到鄉村皆有相關的數位化、數位轉型的政策推動。而企業則專注於自動化、智能化、雲端化等數位轉型的需求。

    資訊服務業可以善用外部環境所帶來之機會,結合企業內部優勢,掌握這一波新商機,以期能擺脫紅海市場之低價競爭,開拓新商機、建立新價值所帶來之藍海市場,增加企業超額獲利之機會。

    本研究之研究目的說明如下:
    1. 說明資訊服務產業趨勢與新興科技發展概況。
    2. 探討個案公司的經營現況與發展困境。
    3. 探討個案公司競爭優勢與經營策略。

    本研究以資訊服務業系統整合商的角度來探討面對新興科技的發展,如人工智慧、大數據、物聯網、雲端運算、資訊安全防護等。加上政府政策作多與來自企業的客戶的數位轉型需求,與個案公司內部條件做整體分析,包含PEST分析、五力分析、客戶需求分析、SWOT分析等。探討資訊服務業之經營策略,提供於相關業者策略制定之參考依據。
    The rapid technological development and increasingly mature application of emerging technologies in the information services industry, coupled with the economic growth driven by the economic recovery, are driving government policies and enterprises to increase their capital expenditure, thus creating a booming business opportunity for new applications. The Chinese government continues to promote the national development plan, from the central to the local, from the city to the rural areas are related to the digitalization, digital transformation policies to promote. Enterprises, on the other hand, focus on automation, intelligence, cloud and other digital transformation needs.

    The information service industry can make good use of the opportunities brought by the external environment, combine the internal advantages of the enterprise, grasp this wave of new business opportunities, get rid of the low price competition of the red sea market, develop new business opportunities, establish the blue sea market brought by the new value, and increase the opportunity of excess profit of the enterprise.

    The research objectives of this study are described as follows:
    1. Describe the trends of the information services industry and the development of new technologies.
    2. Discuss the business situation and development dilemma of the case company.
    3. Discuss the competitive advantages and business strategies of the case company.

    This study in terms of information services, system integration business, discussing with the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, internet of things, cloud computing, information security protection etc. And the government policy as much with digital transformation from customer demand, and the case company internal condition analysis of the whole, contains a PEST analysis, five analysis, customer needs analysis, SWOT analysis etc. To discuss the business strategy of information service industry, to provide a reference for the strategy formulation of related companies.
