摘要:	本文預計探討反對性工作的常見理由，兼闡述有什麼理由該支持或反對性工作的存在。過往探討性工作散見於各類文章，直至Ericsson集大成，將其反對理由分為八個論證並回應。在八個論證之中最息息相關的，是女性主義所質疑的問題，Ericsson的回應也主要是針對這個論證，即性工作是否會造成性別不平等。而筆者打算將Ericsson與女性主義的爭執點釐清，說明性工作這份職業是否會使女性永遠臣屬於男性，也藉由此探討性工作是否該被剷除，或僅須改革即可。與此相關的，則是筆者想要藉由性工作的哲學探討，進一步探究理想的社會應是甚麼模樣。對此，筆者的回答是性工作沒有不道德的問題。性工作的爭議不易消解的原因，在於社會多數人帶有強烈的偏見，及女性主義認為「性工作會不斷強化男性宰制女性」的形象。筆者將探究「性工作」不只應為一份工作，也沒有不道德。在實現了Ericsson的改革理想社會後，性工作的宰制問題也將被解決。
