    Abstract: 本研究以打造高品質騎乘體驗之單車運旅交易平台為案例，針對新創企業策略的形成、評估與執行進行探討。首先描述案例公司之商業計畫，就市場需求、平台服務、國內外自行車產業概況、平台競爭環境、公司定位與優勢、運動體驗分析、行銷宣傳計畫及財務計畫等各面向做分析與創業規劃。而後針對市場現況與創業策略問題做檢討，並使用PDCA循環法則之管理工具，檢討計畫與成果，邊執行、邊改善及對應策略重點，以此發展出未來營運問題之改善策略方案。最後參照外部專家意見，進行方案修正與實行。
