| Abstract: | 臨床醫學檢驗是重要的醫療服務,是醫學診斷中不可或缺的依據,現今的醫事檢驗所已非過往單打獨鬥服務社區的個人工作室,而是合縱連橫而成的第三方檢驗,不僅用在臨床醫學更是生技醫療重要的一環,我們要探討他未來的發展方向,也要在瞬息萬變的世局中,如何在災難中求取生存進而擴大發展.
在個案醫事檢驗所的討論議題中,我們發現中一醫事檢驗所與一般檢驗所發展的軌跡並無不同,從提供一般民眾的服務到醫療院所的代檢,其發展的重要分水嶺是在國家建立全民健康保險開始,全民健保在醫事檢驗的費用達到10%以上的占比,是醫事檢驗所極其重要的收入來源,如何創造健保醫療無可取代的服務必能成為健保贏家,累積資源擴大服務面向,不但可以技術支援醫療院所,亦可實務管理醫學檢驗科,承攬各大醫院的檢驗科業務.
