    Title: 肉品進口買賣服務業經營個案分析

    Abstract: 本論文研究個案為一間進口肉品商，如何從零到有，一步一步的慢慢成長，進而在市場上佔有一席之地。創業主在從事進口肉品行業的30餘年裡，從最開始的配送人員，升職成為業務，後到業務經理，副總，最後自行成立公司。這一路走來，遇到了許多的難題，而如何去一個個的克服它才是一間公司能否成功的關鍵。在2005年創立美特多股份有限公司初期，面臨資金與人員的不足，在僅僅只有的資源支持下，使其可以最大程度地利用。從最剛開始的單純進口買賣，到自行建立工廠，並通過HACCP 和 ISO 22000兩個國際認證，從而開拓新的市場。另外也同時於2007年擴大場地，搬遷至內湖區，從公司創立的4個人到現在的60幾位同仁，並於台中設立分公司。而後在2016年和美國安格斯黑牛牧場Aurora Angus Beef和美國赤牛和牛品牌Heart Brand簽署獨家代理，並成功的使該兩個品牌在台灣餐飲市場建立口碑。再到2021年，因為疫情導致全台餐飲業者營業額銳減，公司業務轉而去發掘網路電商市場，從本來大量肉品原物料批發給餐廳業者或者市場盤商，轉到客製化的小包裝給一般零售消費者。最後是給予一些想要從事進口肉品相關產業的後進們的一些建議，也同時勉勵自己能夠像跑馬拉松一樣去克服一切困難並且永不放棄。
