| Abstract: | 國際軟體發展隨著軟體技術(Software Technology)的進步，產業需求產生了更多的機會缺口，加上FinTech的快速發展，雲端應用大大地降低了軟體國際化的成本，軟體產業邁向國際化發展已經是趨勢。
而在金融資產面上，儘管近幾年受到新冠疫情或是國際局勢的波及，但是都沒有影響全球金融資產管理的發展，PWC的研究數據也顯示，全球專業人士管理的資產比五年前增長了40%，全球熱錢不斷地往亞洲以及如東南亞國家等，加上東南亞國家近幾年的經濟快速成長，儼然成為亞洲新勢力，讓許多國家的企業機構紛紛前往東南亞等國進行投資發展，台灣企業也陸續在柬埔寨、越南等國進行投資發展，而金融業也跟著業者的腳步紛紛在東協等國設立分公司，創造新市場開創新營收。
本論文主要是以一家深耕在台灣金融資產管理軟體公司為個案研究，同時用金融資產管理與軟體產業角度來因應世界局勢與發展現況，如何就金融產業與軟體產業兩個面向，來進行新市場與新產品的前置研究，讓台灣金融資產軟體產業可以跨足到金融資產管理的國際市場。
因此本研究先以安索夫矩陣理論來分析個案公司之產品與市場策略，再用商業模式九宮格來分析個案公司商業模式之核心價值、關鍵資源與客戶，並進行東南亞國家市場分析來確定優先發展市場後，再分別提出個案公司在系統建置與委外服務兩種核心能力的商業模式，針對設立型態、資本額、組織、收入模式、商業模式以及金融資產客戶的優劣勢來進行分析與討論，最後再進行可能在新市場面臨到市場經濟、資本市場與營運上等風險進行評估，以及在未來公司進入新市場後，因應實際業務拓展與營運上的目標管理循環等討論。
With the advancement of software technology, the industry demand has created more opportunity gaps, coupled with the rapid development of FinTech, cloud applications have greatly reduced the cost of software internationalization, and the software industry has become a trend towards international development.
In terms of financial assets, although in recent years by the new crown epidemic or the international situation, but did not affect the development of global financial asset management, PWC research data also shows that the assets managed by global professionals increased by 40% compared with five years ago, global hot money continues to Asia and southeast Asian countries, etc., coupled with the rapid economic growth of Southeast Asian countries in recent years, it has become a new force in Asia, so that many countries` enterprises and institutions have gone to Southeast Asia and other countries for investment and development. Taiwanese enterprises have also successively invested and developed in Cambodia, Vietnam and other countries, and the financial industry has also followed the footsteps of the industry to set up branches in ASEAN and other countries to create new markets and create new revenues.
This paper is mainly based on a case study of a financial asset management software company deeply rooted in Taiwan, and at the same time uses the perspective of financial asset management and software industry to respond to the world situation and development situation, how to conduct preliminary research on new markets and new products in the two aspects of the financial industry and the software industry, so that Taiwan`s financial asset software industry can step into the international market of financial asset management.
Therefore, this study first analyzes the product and market strategy of the case company based on the Ansoff Matrix Theory, and then uses the Business Model Canvas to analyze the core value, key resources and customers of the case company`s business model, and then analyzes the market of Southeast Asian countries to determine the priority development market, and then proposes the business model of the two core capabilities of the case company in system construction and outsourcing services and analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the establishment type, capital amount, organization, income model, business model and financial asset customers. Finally, we will discuss the risks that may be faced in the new market, such as market economy, capital market and operation, and the management cycle of actual business development and operational objectives after the company enters the new market in the future. |
