    Title: 資訊服務系統整合商的經營模式與財務報表特性研究

    Abstract: 　　隨著5G、AI、與IoT整合應用、虛擬貨幣、NFT、區塊鏈及元宇宙等新科技或新技術的崛起，以及數位轉型及資安議題持續發燒，再加上疫情影響等相關刺激，推升對資訊系統及資訊服務的需求，進而帶動電腦及資訊服務業市場逐年成長，資訊服務系統整合商為爭奪市場這塊大餅，勢必要盡最大努力，才不致於被淘汰。
    　　本研究依據Osterwalder and Pigneur（2010）的商業模式圖，探討國內資訊服務系統整合商的經營模式，並選定屬於資訊服務業類別的上市及上櫃公司，挑選出資本額較大且為系統整合商之各二間公司做為研究對象，分析其基本經營模式及財務報表之特性。
    　　研究結果發現，資訊服務系統整合商的經營模式在商業模式九大構面的呈現以及四家選樣公司的財務報表，會依據產品或服務的不同而有所變化，本研究據以剖析資訊服務系統整合商的營運關鍵因素及財務報表特性，並提出結論及建議。
