    Title: 台灣電子連接器產業發展與市場競爭策略分析

    Abstract: 隨著人類歷史跨過千禧年，邁入二十一世紀的新紀元，電子相關產品與人類生活環境的關聯性，已從二十世紀過往單純的3C電子生活產品，逐步擴大到二十一世紀的智慧家庭、雲端儲存、電動車、物聯網、工業4.0、自駕車、機器人、無人機、低軌衛星等電子科技產品。舉凡從個人生活與教育學習應用、大眾資訊儲存與分析、國家軟硬體建設佈建、全球太空相關產業的開拓等…，每項電子科技產品的設計與製造，都與連接器產業息息相關。連接器產業中，包含兩個最重要的零部件，連接器和Cable。所有電子科技產品，都依靠連接器和Cable進行電源傳導或是訊號傳遞，方能發揮每個電子產原始設計的功能與效能。
    論文將從簡略何謂連接器產業中的連接器和Cable，讓讀者理解連接器和Cable的入門基礎知識與應用。連接器產業生態環境介紹，乃藉由台灣和大陸優秀連接器產品製造商的介紹與探討，可以清楚體現台灣連接器製造商在全球連接器製造商所處的位階。連接器和Cable的原物料及製造成本分析，說明原物料通膨危機、人力成本與資源結構改變及全球貿易與疫情衝擊，對連接器產業產生巨大影響與危機為何。利用SWOT分析去診斷台灣連接器產業當下所面臨危機與轉機、運用POTER六力分析去理解台灣連接器產業在全球化下的競合優勢。將SWOT與PORTER六力分析的數據與結論，尋找台灣連接器產業未來的產品趨勢和經營策略。最後，綜合交叉分析連接器產業內部與外部的環境、危機和趨勢後，如何將眼前的危機與挑戰，制定相對應的改善措施與預防策略，將連接器產業面臨的危機內化成轉機，找到台灣連接器產業下一個50年的機會。
