Abstract:	甲主張與乙買賣A土地之契約無效，但讓與A地所有權之契約有效，甲因而將乙列為被告向法院訴請塗銷A屋所有權登記，甲並提出關於買賣契約無效物權契約有效之證據，受訴法院應如何處理？若乙提出主張買賣契約無效與物權契約無效之事實主張，受訴法院應如何處理？若甲向法院聲請訴訟繫屬登記，受訴法院應如何處理？若法院已通知被告到場，但乙無正當理由未到場，甲可否向法院聲請一造辯論判決？
