    A Study on Possession Through Merleau-Ponty’s Perceptual Engagement

    Abstract: 本文透過附身現象展開主體研究,論述哲學史當中的「主體經驗」進入梅洛龐蒂身體現象學後的可能性。笛卡爾式的獨我論主體和理智主義的客觀性無法解釋、描述人在社會生活中的主體經驗,換句話說,在前述理解與建構下的主體不會被附身,因為作為「為己存有」的主體,與「在己存有」的物與世界分離,無從建立存在與其背景的關係。此問題在當代也具有特殊性,即我們比以往更暴露在資訊與他者的影響,卻同時缺乏與世界連結的場景。主體早已不是高坐在王位上的單數自我,而是與他者混同、可被置換的複數自我與交互主體。可是我們真要毫不猶豫地迎接一種差異哲學當道的、無主體的論述嗎?是否有更貼近日常真實、更適用於描述當代的主體經驗的路徑?相對而言,精神分析與心理學定義之情結與病症更能回應當代主體經驗之真實,但其線性、私人史觀卻將個體與世界切割開來。在理論和現實中失去主體的危機裡,梅洛龐蒂的「肉身主體」也許可以為我們提供一些方向。
    在此研究論文中,首先將說明附身現象於哲學史脈絡的定位,和圍繞其所展開的主體研究,並指出其在反映當代主體之真實的不足之處。接著我將以梅洛龐蒂由身體圖示所展開的肉身主體為基礎,以超越為己存有和在己存有之對立的「在世存有」來論述附身現象當中,關於主體與世界的問題。其後,我將以此論述脈絡連結相關精神分析理論,尋找兩者對交互主體共鳴、互文之處。最後則回應如附身為可能,則主體如何自由的問題。
