Abstract:	產業在永續轉型中如何兼顧環境保護與經濟競爭力？這是「波特假說」的探討核心。但其中最關鍵的強版本論述，目前仍缺乏一致的實證結果。不同科技創新對經濟競爭力的影響存在差異，本研究的貢獻為提出「創新類型」的概念，並將其與政策類型進行對應。我們以丹麥 1972-2019 年的能源轉型和風電產業發展為例，釐清永續轉型的過程中，何種創新類型能讓產業維持經濟競爭力，並探討創新政策如何提供支持。本研究得到的結果下：首先，社會科技體制傾向以逐步調整的方式進行轉型。其次，針對價值網絡中特定環節進行逐步調整是造就產業在轉型後仍能保有競爭力的關鍵。最後，政府所提供的科技推力與需求拉力政策也須因創新類型而有所差別。
