    Title: 海商法運送人責任期間與起訴時效

    Abstract: 甲有貨物C基於件貨運送而交由乙海運公司運至日本銷售。乙海運公司派貨車至甲倉庫載貨，當行至商港區內貨車因不慎翻覆，導致貨物C發生毀損。甲遂依約解除件貨運送契約，於T1日取回毀損之貨物C，但遲至T2日方對乙海運公司起訴並依件貨運送契約主張損害賠償。然而，T2日距T1日已超過1年，乙海運公司依據海商法第56條第2項之規定，提出抗辯。請問乙海運公司之抗辯是否有理由？
