Abstract:	本研究以居家生活服務平台為案例，針對新創企業策略的形成、評估與執行進行探討。首先描述案例公司之商業模式，就公司概念、產品服務、產業概況、競爭環境、目標顧客、公司定位與優勢、服務供應端與家庭需求端、接單平台技術與服務品質管理、行銷規劃及營收成長等各面向做分析與新創業歷程。而後針對營運現況與未來發展做探討，並使用創業初期架構，辨別所處產業之存活期邁入成功期及對應策略重點，以此發展出目前營運與未來發展策略方向。
