    摘要: 受到疫情催化的電子商務產業,網購漸漸成為消費者所習慣的消費模式,而這樣的效應造成倉儲物流的需求提升。此外,在少子化與疫情的影響下,傳統以人力作業為主的倉儲業面臨缺工的難題,因此倉儲業近年來漸漸開始有企業發展倉儲數位轉型,導入自動化設備與人工智慧系統等,提升作業效率與降低其人力上的需求。本研究擬探討第三方倉儲業者在導入數位轉型時的關鍵成功因素為何,讓企業於導入時能有依循的方向。本研究透過文獻蒐集,整理出15項數位轉型關鍵成功因素,再根據Leavitt(1965) 提出的鑽石模型,將其歸納進任務、組織、人員與技術四個面向,並採深度訪談的方式針對三家個案企業進行個案分析與跨個案的交叉分析,探討第三方倉儲之數位轉型關鍵成功因素。
    本研究最後提出四個需注意的轉型重點,分別為管理階層對數位轉型的認知、企業核心能力、員工對數位轉型的理解與認同與企業於數據上的應用。並提出四項實務建議,分別為明確的驅動因素、確實的做導入前評估、漸進式導入與清楚的業務評估。
    As the e-commerce industry being catalyzed by the epidemic, online shopping has gradually become a pattern that consumers are accustomed to, which has led to an increase in the demand for warehousing. In addition, there is a great lack of labor, as low birthrate and COVID-19 epidemic severely affect manual operations on which traditional warehousing is based. Therefore, companies in warehousing industry have gradually begun to develop digital transformation strategies of warehousing recently, in order to improve warehouse operations efficiency and to reduce labor demand.
    This study intends to explore the key success factors of third-party warehousing companies introducing digital transformation, offering enterprises some insights to follow when implementing digital transformation. Through reference collection, this study sorts out fifteen key success factors of digital transformation, and group them as four aspects: task, structure, agent and technology, based on the diamond model (Leavitt, 1965). This study also adopts in-depth interviews with three case companies and conducts cross-case analysis to find out the key success factors of digital transformation of third-party warehousing.
    According to the analysis results, there are four insights: the management’s perception of the digital transformation, core competence of the company, employees’ understanding and recognition of digital transformation, and the application of data. This study also proposes four suggestions, including clear driving factors, solid pre-introduction evaluation, introduction digital transformation gradually and clear business evaluation.
