Title:	休息與復原的「異托邦」：《誰不是米克斯》的文圖行動與當代批判

Abstract:	美國在二戰後開始在世界各地廣設軍事基地，並於韓戰、越戰期間，大量派遣美軍進駐東亞。其中，美軍藉由「休息與復原計畫」分批來臺度假，因而產生台美混血兒千人以上。行人文化實驗室集結多位台灣漫畫家、編劇於2019年創出版《誰不是米克斯》，透過梳理檔案與口述歷史，將漫畫化為一種社會行動，在當代重新提出理解「台美混血兒」的方式。本文嘗試以異托邦角度檢視《誰不是米克斯》，思考冷戰結構中的「台美混血兒」對台灣的特殊意義。這些台美混血兒的身份與身體，不僅充滿台灣女性與美軍之間的私密和個人的感情色彩，置放於冷戰結構脈絡中，事實上也強調出美軍在台的經驗與特殊存在。他們的存在不僅見證了「不連續的歷程」，反映出一段歷史上特殊的休復時間，《誰不是米克斯》的再詮釋，更是變成一種當代的再發現，並重新打造理解、論述「台美混血兒」的媒介與空間。
