Title:	對人體實驗與「環境」關聯的倫理分析與再評估--以《來自深淵》和《我的英雄學院》作對照

Abstract:	在《來自深淵》和《我的英雄學院》中各自涉及了關於人體實驗的劇情，然而觀眾對於這些在迥異的兩個「環境」中有違現行人體實驗之研究倫理的反應卻有所不同。本文所謂的「環境」，即該作品設定下的社會秩序、自然條件等交互作用所產生的歷史性成因，本文試圖指出：一、兩部作品中的「環境」與現實中人體研究之倫理規範的歷史性成因；二、試圖通過作品的對照研究，指出倫理規範會如何根據歷史性因素而有所動搖或強化；三、本文預計嘗試通過在對精神分析意義下「人性」的分析，重新奠基有關人體研究之倫理守則之倫理性。
