    Abstract: 摘要

    過去的十年中，包括歐美和亞洲在內的主要已開發國家紛紛認知到文化創意相關產業所帶來的巨大經濟增長和產業升級潛力，紛紛將其列為國家重要發展計畫。而IP衍伸而生成的產業型態百款，大多數的企業為達經濟規模，多以己身專長專注於本業，且由於文創產業多聚焦於IP本身，如何維持競爭力免於受IP授權牽制實屬重要。本研究關注文創產業衍生出的商業模式樣態，以價值主張與多角化經營的觀念，研究分析有關利用串聯文創IP生態鏈中各式不同商業模式創造更多的經濟價值，並以「野獸國股份有限公司」作為本文主要的分析案例。依據研究結果可知，野獸國的策略優勢在於可以解決企業客戶在與版權方合作時的溝通成本，以及免於處理許多版權專業問題所可能遇到的難題。發展機會方面，現代人注重心靈層面，文創產業發展未來一片榮景，野獸國有能力居中扮演重要的角色更有機會賺取一定的獲利。不過在困境與挑戰的部分，要如何培養與版權方的默契降低往返溝通的成本。發展缺口，則是需要精準掌控排程，留意庫存壓力及資金流可能造成的問題。
